Job Title: Whitepaper Specialist – Data & AI Technology

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Whitepaper Specialist to create high-quality, compelling, and research-driven whitepapers for leading technology companies in the Data & AI space. This role requires a deep understanding of advanced technologies, excellent writing skills, and the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and informative content tailored to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Whitepaper Creation:
   • Research, write, and edit high-quality whitepapers focused on cutting-edge topics in Data & AI technologies.
   • Develop content that balances technical depth with accessibility for a range of stakeholders, including decision-makers, technologists, and business leaders.
2. Research & Analysis:
   • Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends, technologies, and use cases in Data & AI.
   • Analyze industry reports, academic papers, and case studies to create authoritative content that demonstrates thought leadership.
3. Collaborative Development:
   • Work closely with subject matter experts, product teams, and marketing teams to gather insights and validate technical accuracy.
   • Collaborate with designers to create visually engaging and professionally formatted whitepapers.
4. Content Strategy Alignment:
   • Align whitepaper topics with the client’s business objectives, target audience needs, and market positioning.
   • Develop content that supports lead generation, thought leadership, and brand authority in the technology sector.
5. Audience-Centric Communication:
   • Tailor content to different audience personas, including CTOs, data scientists, AI engineers, and business leaders.
   • Balance technical detail with business relevance to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
6. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure all content is accurate, well-structured, and free from errors.
   • Maintain consistent tone, style, and messaging that aligns with the client’s brand voice.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical writing, content creation, or whitepaper development, ideally in the Data & AI industry.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, and related technologies.
• Excellent research, writing, and editing skills with an ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing, especially for technology companies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of technical tools and platforms commonly used in the Data & AI industry.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization for digital distribution.
• Experience in creating visual elements like charts and diagrams to complement whitepapers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
